Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or special promotions.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently only offer standard economy shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Addresses

  • We currently ship only within the US. 
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at designs.stickyink@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment and get updates on its status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your stickers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please reach out to us at designs.stickyink@gmail.com with your order number, and we will help you resolve the issue.

  • For damaged or lost packages, we may require photos or documentation to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If a package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service or carrier. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

As we specialize in custom and small-batch products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on stickers unless there is a mistake on our part, such as a wrong item being shipped.
